Privacy
We treat the data you give us like the data we'd want a tool to treat ours.
What we collect
The minimum to make the product work: your email (sign-in), the contacts you upload, the campaigns you create, the events that happen on those campaigns (sends, opens, clicks, replies). That's it.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. We don't train AI on your contact lists. We don't enrich your contacts with external data unless you explicitly ask us to.
Subprocessors
We use these third parties to run Sendforyo. Each handles a specific slice of data:
- Vercel — application hosting
- Supabase — database (your campaigns, contacts, events)
- Resend — email delivery (magic-link auth + outbound campaign emails)
- Anthropic — AI generation (we send anonymised contact context per page; we do not send your full contact list in one prompt)
Your rights
Email hi@sendforyo.com any time to access, export, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days. You can also delete any campaign (and all its data) yourself from the dashboard.
Cookies
One cookie: a session token to keep you signed in. No tracking, no analytics cookies.
This is a working policy meant to be plain-English readable. If you need a formal version for a procurement review, ask and we'll send one.
